Studios St Martin is not only one of the top choices in Cul de Sac, just a 10-minute drive from Orient Bay and Grand Case, but it is also one of the favorite spots on the island of Saint Martin in the Caribbean.
We offer three different studios to our guests: the Pinel Studio, the Nature Reserve Studio, and the Banana Studio.
They are also located a 15-minute walk from several local restaurants on a small private beach, facing a bay that is sheltered from ocean currents, with no waves, and shallow waters. They are also very close to the famous Pinel islet, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and fresh lobsters offered by the restaurants located there.

An Exceptional Setting
The islet is accessible in 15 minutes with the provided kayaks.
Studio Pinel and Studio Réserve Naturelle are two large, bright studios located by the sea, each equipped with a spacious living room.
The smaller Banana Studio on the side of the property does not have a sea view but, like the others, benefits from the kayaks at the pool and access to the beach, barbecue, and hammock.
All studios are equipped with an air-conditioned room, a television with French and American channels, a small kitchen on the terrace equipped with a microwave, cooking hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and blender.

Studio St Martin also offers free kayaks, a stand-up paddle, a transparent kayak to admire the underwater scenery, and a beautiful pool facing the sea.
